摘要
归纳住宅产业化的特点,建立简易的工期计算模型,从理论上分析并验证组织良好的住宅产业化方式可以缩短施工工期;对国内外产业化住宅与传统住宅建造工期进行比较,并从6个案例中提取结构层层均施工工期数据,求其平均数得到我国产业化住宅进度指标的量化结果并进行原因分析。
The paper summarizes the characteristics of housing industrialization, builds a simple model for evaluating of construction duration, theoretically validates that a well-organized housing industrialization mode can shorten the construction period. Then, through the introduction of domestic and international development of housing industrialization, compares the construction period betwwen industrial and residential housing, and extracts the data of construction duration from multiple cases and gets a quantitative result of the construction schedule indicator in housing industrialization, besides takes a cause analysis to interpret the result.
