摘要
研究了黄药类捕收剂在载金黄铁矿表面上的吸附机理。浮选试验结果表明,乙黄药、丁黄药和Y-89用量为20~40 mg/L时,载金黄铁矿上浮率能达到80%~90%;矿浆p H值对载金黄铁矿可浮性影响较大,在p H=4~8条件下,载金黄铁矿可浮性较好,p H〉8后,可浮性下降;黄药类(乙黄药、丁黄药、Y-89)捕收剂对亚铁离子具有较好的选择性,对金离子选择性较小。吸附量试验结果表明,捕收剂在载金黄铁矿表面吸附量随着药剂浓度增大基本呈线性增加,且随着p H值增加逐渐降低,在酸性条件下,吸附量较大,当p H〉8后,吸附量快速降低。载金黄铁矿与黄药类捕收剂作用前后的红外光谱表明,捕收剂在载金黄铁矿表面产生了吸附。
The adsorption mechanism of xanthate collectors on gold-bearing pyrite was investigated. In the flotation tests,by adding ethyl xanthate,butyl xanthate and Y-89 at the dosage of 20 ~ 40 mg / L,the recovery of gold-bearing pyrite reached 80% ~ 90%. It can be seen that the p H value of pulp brought a greater influence on the floatability of gold-bearing pyrite,showing a good floatability with a p H within the range of 4 ~ 8 while a decreased floatability after p H 8,and xanthate collectors possess good selectivity on Fe2 +and poor selectivity on Au+. With an increase in collector dosage,the absorbed amount of collectors on the surface of gold-bearing pyrite increases linearly,but is gradually reduced with a decrease in p H value. The adsorption capacity is bigger in acidic pulp,however,declined rapidly with pulp of p H 8. Infrared spectra of raw ore before and after being treated by xanthate collectors indicate that collectors can form an adsorbed layer on gold-bearing pyrite.
