摘要
对某浮选金精矿氰化浸出尾渣矿样进行了选矿试验研究。采用浮选-精矿焙烧-氰化浸出联合流程,金总浸出率可达到60.75%;精矿焙烧过程产生的SO2烟气可作为制取硫酸的原料;焙烧浸出尾渣含铁52.08%、含硫0.32%,可作为铁精矿产品销售,最终实现了资源的综合回收利用。
Beneficiation tests were carried out for the residue from cyanide leaching of the floated gold concentrate. A combined flowsheet of flotation,concentrate roasting and cyanide leaching resulted in the total leaching rate of gold up to60. 75% with the SO2 gas generated amid the roasting process used as a raw material for sulfuric acid manufacturing,and yielded a final leaching residue grading 52. 08% iron and 0. 32% sulfur,which can be used as an iron concentrate product. Through this approach,the comprehensive utilization of resource can be realized.
