摘要
对中铝平果铝土矿原矿浆进行了先铁后铝技术方案的试验研究。在给矿铁品位14.64%条件下,通过一粗一精强磁选工艺流程,可获得产率9.09%、铁品位52.71%、回收率32.74%的强磁铁精矿。该技术可为同类型铁铝共生复合矿产资源的开发利用提供借鉴作用。
Experimental study on beneficiation of raw bauxite pulp was conducted by introducing an iron recovering process before aluminum concentrating. A high intensity magnetic separation flowsheet with one roughing and one cleaning was adopted to treat the pulp with feed grade of iron at 14. 64%,resulted in an iron concentrate grading 52.71% Fe at 32. 74% recovery,with a yield of 9. 09%. This experience can be of guidance reference in the exploitation of similar mineral resources with Fe-Al co-existence.
