摘要
在分析酒钢烧结、炼铁、炼钢工序各种除尘灰性质的基础上,通过对比各种回收工艺的技术经济指标,推荐了除尘灰的处理工艺,即采用回转窑焙烧工艺回收锌元素、采用水洗-净化-蒸发浓缩-冷却结晶-干燥工艺回收碱金属元素、返回烧结工序回收利用铁元素,该处理方案既达到了综合回收有价元素的目的,又能降低高炉碱负荷、锌负荷,综合效益显著。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of dust from sintering,iron-making and steelmaking processes and comparing the technical and economic indexes of various recycling techniques,a technique for treating the dust was recommended,including recovering zinc by rotary kiln roasting,recovering alkali metals by washing-purificationevaporation concentration-cooling crystallization-drying process and returning the treated dust to the roasting stage for iron. This technique can result in not only multipurpose recovery of valuable metals,but also reduction of alkali and zinc burdens on the blast furnace,bringing in great comprehensive benefits.
