摘要
结合航天新研火箭研制需求,通过对现有可靠性试验技术进行改进,解决传统可靠性试验技术的不足,研究提出面向航天产品的可靠性强化试验技术方案,并经过电子、机电产品的工程应用,通过对试验结果的分析研究,提出强化试验技术工程应用的优势和不足等。
In order to solve the shortage of the traditional reliability test technology, Combined with new research rocket development demand, through the improvement on the existing reliability test technology, study and put forward the reliability enhancement test technology for the aerospace products and apply to the engineering. And based on the research of the exposed weaknesses by test, analysis of the product working life evaluation and the environmental assessment of margin analysis, put forward advantages and shortages of reliability enhancement test technology.
