Effect of Sc elements on the properties of Al-Si-Cu filler metal

摘要 研究了Sc元素的添加量对Al-Si-Cu钎料的微观组织、熔化温度、铺展性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在Al-8.5Si-20Cu-10Ge钎料中添加Sc元素,可以改善钎料的微观组织,钎料的熔化温度基本不变,在铝板上的铺展性能明显改善,钎焊接头强度得到提高。当Sc的质量分数为0.3%时,钎料在铝板表面铺展性能最佳,继续增加Sc含量,钎料铺展面积将减小。当合金中加入质量分数为0.1%的Sc元素后,钎焊接头的剪切强度可以达到71.78 MPa,相比不加稀土元素的钎焊接头强度提高了28.64%。 The effects of Sc on the properties of filler metals have been investigated. By changing the level of Sc, the filler metals' melting point, microstructure, spreading behavior and their shear strength of the brazed joints have been tested and measured. The results show that with the addition of Sc in A1-8.5Si-20Cu-10Ge brazing filler metal, the microstructure is improved significantly, the melting temperature almost remain the same, the spread ability and the mechanical property of the brazed joint are improved. When the Sc content is up to 0.3 %, the filler metal shows the best spread ability. If continue to increase the Sc content, the spreading area will he reduced. Compared with the joints without the Sc element, the joint strength could be up to 71.78 MPa which is increased by 28.64% when the content of Se is 0. 1 %.
