摘要
使用4种不同壁厚外径为17.82mm的Zr-4合金半成品管,在KPW25LC轧机上使用相同的参数轧制Φ9.53mm×0.60mm成品管,同炉退火后和矫直后检测不同工艺下的氢化物取向并对比分析,结果表明,冷轧Q值对成品管材的氢化物取向影响至关重要,确定成品轧制Q值与氢化物取向因子的规律,明确管材氢化物取向的影响和控制措施。
Φ17.82 mm Zirc-4 intermediate tubes with 4 different wall thickness were pilgered to Φ9.53 mm× 0.60 mm final tubes on KPW25LC cold pilger machine with same pilger parameters. Tubes were then annealed in the same run in the hot wall furnace. Hydride orientation was tested after annealed and straightening. It proves that Q value during cold pilger reduction is crucial to the hydride orientation of the final tubes. A relation between the Q value and the hydride orientation was analyzed to determine the contributors to the hydride orientation and process control actions.
