摘要
以国内某Ⅱ型双回路皮卡前失效性能为研究对象,根据整车道路试验结果,结合鼓式制动器的台架试验数据,并对比理论计算数据进行原因分析。针对前失效制动距离过大提出相应改进措施,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,理论分析计算和改进措施有效,为后期后鼓式制动器的设计和整车制动系统匹配提供了技术支持。
As the research object to a Ⅱ type double circuit of the pickup front failure performance,According to the result of the vehicle road test,in combination with bench test data of drum brake,and compared to the theoretical calculation data for root cause analysis.Corresponding improvement measures for the excessive front failure braking distance,and experimental verification in the vehicle.The test results show that the theoretical analysis calculations and effective improvement measures,providing the technical support for the rear drum brake design and matching the vehicle brake system.
