DMO方法及BCP方法对碳纤维复合材料结构拓扑优化结果影响的对比分析

摘要 DMO方法和BCP方法是碳纤维复合材料结构拓扑优化中常采用的铺层角度参数化方法。不同的参数化方法对优化结果有很大的影响,合理的参数化方法选择对实际工程优化具有重要意义。本文结合算例,从收敛速率、收敛率以及编码依赖性三个方面进行对比,分析了此两种方法对拓扑优化结果的影响,以对工程实际设计优化进行理论性指导。 DMO and SFP methods are mainly adopted in parameterization of topology optimization for composite laminates.The method of parameterization determines the quality of optimization result and relevance of optimization result to industry.In order to achieve deep understanding of the influence of two methods mentioned above to optimization result,numerical example is carried out to demonstrate differences between two methods in rate of convergence,proportion of convergence and dependence of coding method.
