摘要
中国人口红利拐点已经到来,酒店业普遍出现了用工荒问题。人力资源数量和质量的不足,必然会影响酒店的健康发展。要解决酒店用工荒的问题,酒店必须创新人力资源管理制度。可以通过采取校企合作,放宽用工年龄,大力培养复合型人才等方式来解决这一问题。
China demographic dividend inflection point has arrived, the hotel industry generally appear in the labor shortage problem. Lack of the quantity and quality of human resources, will inevitably affect the healthy development of the hotel. To solve the problem of labor shortage of hotel, the hotel must be human resources management system innovation. This paper argues that we can take the school enterprise cooperation, relaxed working age, vigorously cultivate talents to solve this problem.
