摘要
二语国家的大量研究表明,课程和教学改革成败的关键在于教师。介绍了教师因素及其核心概念;概括总结了二语国家有关教师理念与行为转变的理论研究成果,梳理出了理论框架;同时,就其对于我国课程和教学改革提供的有益启示进行了思考。
A lot of researches on two language countries show that the key to the success of curriculum and teaching reform is teachers. This paper introduces the factors of teachers and its core concepts; sums up the research achievements of the concept of teacher and behavioral change theory, and sort outs the theoretical framework; at the same time, the paper tries thinking their enlightenments on China's curriculum and teaching reform.
