修辞学研究的三境界——张弓《现代汉语修辞学》给我们的启发

Three Strategies in Rhetoric Studies——The Inspirations from Zhang Gong's“Contemporary Chinese Rhetoric”

张弓先生《现代汉语修辞学》出版至今已超半个世纪,但仍具有旺盛的学术生命力,这与张弓先生在修辞学研究方面有强烈的锐意创新意识有关。由张弓先生修辞学研究的成功经验,我们可以得到深刻的启示,中国修辞学要想继续前行,在理论上有新建树,就必须有"突破旧框架,建立新体系"的意识,在研究思路上要"找准目标,定向突破",在方法上要善于"古为今用,洋为中用"。只有臻至这三种境界,中国修辞学研究才会再创新局面,再有经典之作问世。

Although Mr. Zhang Gong＇s ＂Contemporary Chinese Rhetoric＂ was published a half century ago, it still brings us many inspirations. It＇s because there is a strong and creative mind in his rhetoric studies. According to Mr. Zhang＇s successful case, we could see that, if we want to keep Chinese rheto- ric moving forward, we should follow three strategies： breaking and rebuilding theories, finding and hitting the right questions, learning and using different ways to do studies. Only if we achieved these strategies, will Chinese rhetoric get a better development and turn into a new page.
