滞动针刺疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病50例（英文）

Stagnant acupuncture therapy in 50 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:探讨滞动针刺疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取50例神经根型颈椎病患者,予以滞动针刺疗法,参照中医病证诊断疗效标准,颈痛量表(NPQ)进行综合疗效判定。结果:NPQ效应值≥90%,计18例,占36.0%;90%>NPQ效应值≥60%,计27例,占54.0%;60%>NPQ效应值≥30%,计3例,占6.0%;症状及肢体活动均无改善,计2例,占4.0%。总有效率达到96.0%。结论:滞动针刺疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病有显著疗效。

Objective To discuss the role of stuck needle therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method Fifty patients with cervical spondylot-ic radiculopathy were selected to accepted stuck needle therapy. Comprehensive curative effects were determined by Northwick Park Questionnaire （NPO） according to Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results Eighteen cases with NPQ effect size ≥90% account for 36%; 27 cases with 90%〉NPO. effect size≥60% account for 54%; 3 cases with 60%〉NPQ effect size≥30% account for 6%; 2 cases with no improvement in symptom and body activity account for 4%. The total effective rate was up to 96%. Conclusion Stuck needle therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has significant curative effects.
