人类半翼基因在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达及其意义

摘要 宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前临床宫颈癌早期筛选的检测标记物主要有人乳头状病毒脱氧核糖核苷酸(HPV-DNA)和pl6INK4a,但都存在一定的局限性[1-5],因此选择新的生物标记物来提高宫颈癌筛查的敏感度和特异度迫在眉睫。已有研究表明,正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级(CINⅠ)、CINⅡ、CINⅢ和宫颈癌组织中,人类半翼基因(hWAPL)阳性表达率呈逐渐升高趋势,hWAPL与宫颈癌发生、发展有着密切关系。为探索hWAPL基因表达在宫颈上皮内病变筛查中的作用,我们研究了各级宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌组织中hWAPL的表达及其与宫颈细胞学结果之间的关系,现报道如下。
