地佐辛超前镇痛在老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

The Preemptive Analgesic Effect of Dezocine in Elder Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:研究地佐辛超前镇痛在老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床效果。方法:选择80例老年腹腔镜胆囊手术患者,随机分为A组地佐辛超前镇痛组,B组生理盐水组,观察两组患者苏醒期心血管反应和躁动以及要求镇痛的时间。结果:A组维持患者苏醒期间血流动力学稳定性优于B组;A组防止患者苏醒期躁动,提供良好的术后镇痛方面优于B组。结论:腹腔镜胆囊术超前镇痛降低了患者苏醒期不良心血管并发症,维持老年患者心率与血压稳定,提供了良好的术后镇痛效果,且术后呼吸影响轻微,值得临床广泛使用。

Objective： To study the preemptive analgesic effect of dezocine injection in elder patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： Eighty elder patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the preemptive analgesic dezocine injection group（ A） and the saline injection group（ B）.The analgesic effects during the period of awakening were evaluated by cardiovascular reaction,agitation and the time required analgesia. Results： The stability of cardiovascular reaction,prevent the patient from awakening period agitation and postoperative analgesia were better in A group than B group. Conclusion： Preemptive analgesia with dezocine is effective and safe in elder patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomyat high altitude area.
