杭菊花的产区和商品种类现状

Current Situation of Production Areas and Varieties of Chrysanthemum of Hangzhou

通过实地调查和文献查考,搞清了当今杭菊花的产区和商品种类情况。杭白菊有浙江桐乡、江苏射阳和湖北麻城三大产区,此外山西芮城、河南林州等约30个县(市)也有引种栽培。杭白菊采收加工品种有"胎菊"、"杀青花"及少量"饼菊(菊花饼)"。杭黄菊产量很小,商品主要是产于江苏射阳的"大黄菊",采收开放花序,蒸汽杀青后烘干,主作药用。

Through field investigation and varieties review, the production areas and varieties of Chrysanthemum of Hangzhou were figured out. The three major production areas of white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou are Tongxiang Zhejiang, Sheyang Jiangsu and Macheng Hubei. In addition, the introductionand cultivation were found in about 30 counties （cities） , such as Ruicheng Shanxi and Linzhou Henan. The collected and processed types of white chrysanthemum of Hangzhou have three varieties, Matricariarecutita, Shaqinghua and Chrysanthemum cake with small amount. The output of yellow chrysanthemum of Hangzhou is low, and it is mainly large yellow chrysanthemum produced in Sheyang Jiangsu. The open inflorescence is collected, steam deactivated of enzymes and dried for medicine.
