摘要
目的:建立阿莫西林中甲醇残留量的检测方法。方法:用气相色谱法测定阿莫西林中甲醇残留量。色谱柱为安捷伦HP-1毛气管气相色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,2.65μm);氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),温度280℃;进样口温度150℃;载气为高纯氮气;柱流速2~6ml·min^-1;顶空进样,保温温度80℃。结果:甲醇在3.29~210.48μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.7%(RSD=0.9%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于阿莫西林中甲醇残留量的检测。
Objective : To estoblish the detection method for residual methanol in amoxicillin. Methods: GC was applied to detect residual methanol in amoxicillin. The chromatographic column was an Agilent HF-1 capillary column (30m×0.53mm,2.65μm). The flame ionization detector (FID) was used with the temperature of 280℃, the injection port temperature was 150℃, the cartier gas was nitrogen with high purity, the flow rate was 2-6 ml · min^-1 , the injection mode was headspace injection, and the holding temperature was 80℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship with the concentration of methanol within the range of 3.29-210.48 μg · ml^-1 (r = 0.999 9), and the recovery was 98.7% (RSD = 0.9% , n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the detection of residual methanol in amoxicillin.
