摘要 中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司采用立体传质塔板(CTST)对Ⅰ套重油催化裂化装置、Ⅱ套重油催化裂化装置的吸收塔、解吸塔和稳定塔进行扩大加工能力改造。对Ⅰ套催化裂化装置、Ⅱ套催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统进行了模拟计算和CTST水力学计算,提出了扩大加工能力改造的方案:两套装置的吸收塔、解吸塔和稳定塔,各塔塔壳利旧,塔板层数不变,支撑件不更换,仅每层塔板更换为CTST。改造后两套装置重油加工能力分别由0.3 Mt/a和1.2 Mt/a,增加到0.5 Mt/a和1.5 Mt/a;Ⅰ套催化裂化装置稳定塔液化石油气中C2体积分数小于0.03%,C+5体积分数小于0.02%,稳定汽油中无C3,C4组分,稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压为63.7 k Pa;Ⅱ套催化裂化装置稳定塔液化石油气中C2体积分数为0.03%,C+5体积分数为0.08%,稳定汽油中无C3,C4组分,稳定汽油饱和蒸汽压不大于65 k Pa,取得了良好的改造效果。 The Combined Trapezoid Spray Trays (CTST) have been successfully used in the expansion revamping of absorbers, desorbers and stabilizers in the FCCU Ⅰand FCCU Ⅱ of SINOPEC Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Co. Ltd. The revamping scheme has been proposed based on computer simulation and the calculation of fluid dynamic performance: The floating trays are replaced with CTST without changing sup- porting parts of absorbers, desorbers, stabilizers in FCCUⅠ and FCCU Ⅱ. After revamping, the capacity of FCCU Ⅰ is increased from 0.3 million tons to 0.5 million tons a year and the capacity of FCCU Ⅱ is in- creased from 1.2 million tons to 1.5 million tons a year. In the FCCU Ⅰstabilizers, the C2 and C5 in LPG are less than 0.03% and 0.02% respectively. The C3 and C4 in the stabilized gasoline is zero, and the saturated vapor pressure of stabilized gasoline is 63.7 kPa. In the FCCU Ⅱ stabilizers , the content of C2 is 0.03% and the content of C5 and plus is 0.08% in LPG. The C3 and C4 in the stabilized gasoline is zero, and the saturat- ed vaoor pressure of stabilizedgasoline is ≤65 kPa.
