摘要
某催化裂化装置2008至2014年,外循环管、再生立管、脱气罐等部位因衬里损坏导致钢板发红、磨穿,检修达30余次。分析认为,衬里损坏主要由双层衬里厚度不均匀,衬里烘烤温度有偏差,衬里接口设计不合理等因素引起。2014年停工检修期间,对衬里损坏的设备进行更换,烧焦罐更换为单层衬里,改进衬里挡板,重新设计衬里接口,对衬里进行预烘烤以及延长系统烘衬时间。检修结束后,装置经过1 a的运行,衬里部位设备钢板未发生发红、磨穿等故障,衬里质量得到有效提高。
The wearing failure occurred for more than 30 times in external circulation pipe, regenerator riser, degassing drum etc in a FCC unit from 2008 to 2014 because of damages of lining, and maintenance had to be made. The analysis concluded that the lining damages were caused by un-uniform thickness of double- layer lining, temperature difference of lining heating and inappropriate design of lining connection, etc. In the overhaul in 2014, the damaged equipment were replaced. The single-layer lining was installed in coke drum, the lining baffle was improved, the lining connection was re-designed and the heating time of lining was pro- longed. In one-year operation after maintenance, no overheating and wearing failure occurred in the lined steel plates. The quality of lining has been effectively improved.
