摘要
在采用Malmquist指数模型测算全要素生产率的基础上,利用改进的CH模型,对2003—2012年上海与南京两市的创新扩散效应进行对比研究。结果显示:上海作为我国典型的创新型城市,研究机构投入、研发人员、技术交易和外商直接投资都对其全要素生产率产生显著影响,而南京只有研发人员和技术交易额对全要素生产率产生显著影响,且外商直接投资均对两市全要素生产率产生反作用。最后,针对研究结果提出相关的政策建议。
Based on the Malmquist index model to calculate the TFP, and then use the improved CH model to study the innovation diffusion effect between 2002--2012 of Nanjing and Shanghai. The result shows: Shanghai as China's typical of innovative city, research institutions investment, R & D personnel, technical turnover and foreign direct investment all have a significant impact on its TFP, but for Nanjing, only R & D personnel and technical turnover have a significant impact on its TFE And foreign direct investment has a counterproductive to the TFP of both the two cities. Finally, the relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
