摘要
随着互联网的发展及电子商务的普及,电子商务推荐服务越来越受到业界及学界的关注。在明确大数据环境下电子商务推荐服务的内涵与特征基础上,总结归纳近几年电子商务推荐服务的研究重点,建立大数据环境下推荐服务的框架体系,分析推荐服务的发展趋势,并指出当前推荐服务存在的一些问题。在对大数据环境下的推荐服务相关研究进行相对完整的梳理的基础上,发现当前研究的不足之处,提出自己的见解,以期为电子商务推荐服务发展提供一定参考。
With the development of Internet and the popularity of e-commerce, recommendation service is receiving more and more attention both from enterprises and scholars. Based on a discussion about the connotation and traits of e-commerce recommendation service in big data era, this paper reviews and summarizes the research emphasis of e-commerce recommendation service in recent years, and build a framework of it. Then, this paper deeply analyzes the trends of e-commerce recommendation service, and points out some existing problems. As a result, this paper systemizes the literatures about e-commerce recommendation, finds out some shortcomings in current research, and puts forward authors' own understanding, aiming for providing references for the development of e-commerce recommendation service.
