Research on Promoting the Cultural Innovation of Science and Technology Policy

基于文化科技创新的政策工具分析框架，对2003-2012年国家部委有关“文化产业”的政策进行统计分析，探析不同的政策工具推动文化科技创新政策的作用机理，并从政策工具组合、文化科技融合示范、构建平台体系等角度，分析支撑文化科技政策的主要着力点，以此为基础，提出政策措施建议。

In this paper, the cultural innovation of science and technology policy tools based on the analysis framework, to 2003--2012 national ministries concerned ＂culture industry＂ policy sample of empirical analysis, different policy tools of innovation policy role in promoting mechanism of culture and science and technology, and the policy tools, the technology integration demonstration, building of a platform system is analyzed as the main focal point support the culture of science and technology policy, based on this, put forward to promote our culture of innovation of science and technology policy measures.
