头孢菌素抗原决定簇中抗体结合位点的分析

DETERMINATION OF ANTIBODY COMBINING SITES IN A ANTIGENIC DETERMINANT OF CEPHALOSPORINS

通过ELISA试验、半抗原抑制试验和PCA试验,对头孢菌素抗原决定簇中抗体结合位点进行分析。认为头孢菌素抗原决定簇中至少有三个抗体结合位点:7位R_1侧链中的R_A、R_B位点和β—内酰胺结构形成的C位点。任何一个位点结构的改变,都将影响抗原—抗体反应的发生。

Antibody combining sites in an antigenic determinant of cephalospo-rins were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),hapten inhibition and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA). It is thought that there are at least three antibody combining sites in one antigenic determinant of cephalosporins, two of them (RA and RB)in the R, chain at C-7 position of cephalosporins, the third forms by the β-lactem structure of cephalosporins. Any changes in one of the three sites could influnce upon the interaction of the antigen-antibody.
