磷酸化酵母葡聚糖抗氧化及免疫增强活性研究 被引量:1

Study on the Antioxidation and Immune Activity of Phosphory Lation Glucan From Saccharomyces Cerevisiae

摘要 采用磷酸化修饰方法对酵母葡聚糖进行结构修饰。通过对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH)、超氧化物阴离子、羟自由基的清除试验,测定磷酸化酵母葡聚糖(pGSC)的抗氧化活性;通过对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖作用评价其细胞免疫增强活性。结果表明:pGSC对DPPH、超氧化物阴离子、羟自由基的清除率均随着pGSC的浓度的增加而增加,在浓度为5mg/mL时,对3种自由基的清除率分别为58.99%、76.25%、62.3%。表明pGSC对3种自由基均有较好的清除作用,表现出了较好的抗氧化活性。在0.5~4mg/mL的浓度范围内,与对照组相比,小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖(As70)差异不显著(P〉0.05);但pGSC浓度为0.5mg/mL时,其A570比对照组可提高4.76%,表明pGSC具有一定的免疫增强活性。 Glucan was modificated by phosphorylate method. To evaluate the antioxidant and immune enhancement activities of pGSC, the scavenging activity of DPPH, superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of pGSC, the scavenging activities of DPPH, superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical were increased. At the concentration of 5 mg/mL, the scavenging activities of three kinds of free radicals were 58.99%, 76.25% and 62.3%, respectively. These results suggested that pGSC had good scavenging effect on the three kinds of free radicals. At the concentration of 0.5-4 mg/mL, the A570 values of mouse spleen lymphocytes of all pGSC groups were not significantly higher than that of control group, but at the concentration of 0.5 mg/mL, the A570 values of pGSC group was 4.76% higher than that of control group. The results indicate that pGSC should have good antioxidant activity and immune enhancement activity.
