摘要 译文简介:FSanger于1955年完成胰岛素全部氨基酸序列分析,1958年获诺贝尔化学奖,又于1978年发表双脱氧DNA序列测定法,1980年再次获诺贝尔化学奖。本译文节译自Sanger的回忆录(SangerF.Sequences,sequencesandsequences.AnnRevBiochem,1988,57:1.28)中测定胰岛素序列的一部分内容。
