三个引进葡萄柚品种的光合特性对比 被引量:5

摘要 以引进的3个葡萄柚品种"哈路比"、"火焰"和"瑞路比"为研究对象,用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定光合特性并对比其光合特性的差异。结果表明:"哈路比"的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用率(WUE)最高,"火焰"次之,"瑞路比"最低;"瑞路比"的蒸腾速率(Tr)最高,"哈路比"最低;"火焰"的胞间CO2浓度(Ci)最高,"哈路比"次之,"瑞路比"最低;不同品种葡萄柚的净光合速率日变化为"双峰"曲线,具有明显的"午休"现象;蒸腾速率日变化总体趋势是先升后降。 With the introduced three fine varieties of grapefruit ‘ Hudson Foster', ‘Flame' and‘ Ray Ruby' as the research object,its photosynthetic characteristics by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system was analyzed and determined. The results showed that,the net photosynthesis rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs) and water use efficiency (WUE) of ‘Hudson Foster' were the highest,‘ Flame ' was the second, ‘ Ray Ruby' was the last; while‘Ray Ruby' had the highest value of the transpiration rate (Tr),' Hudson Foster' was the last; the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of‘Flame' was higher than‘ Hudson Foster’ while‘ Ray Ruby' was the lowest;the net photosynthetic rate of different varieties of grapefruit for typical bimodal curve, the daily change had obvious"noon break"phenomenon;daily variation of transpiration rate overall trend was increased before they were reduced.
