丝瓜乙醇提取物对几种植物病原真菌抑菌活性的研究

Study on Antifungal Activity of Several Plant Pathogenit Fungi From Ethanol Extract of Luffa

摘要 以丝瓜(Luffa)乙醇提取物及各不同溶剂萃取物为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法,研究丝瓜乙醇提取物及各不同溶剂萃取物对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:在浓度为5.00×103 mg/L时,丝瓜乙醇提取物对苹果炭疽菌、青霉菌、苹果轮纹菌和棉花枯萎菌的抑菌作用较好,分别为73.5%、72.2%、66.8%和61.1%;丝瓜乙醇提取物不同溶剂萃取物中,石油醚层和乙酸乙酯层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的抑菌活性较高,石油醚萃取层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的EC50值分别为3.2×103 mg/L和3.9×103 mg/L,乙酸乙酯萃取层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的EC50值分别为1.2×103 mg/L和2.1×103 mg/L。 The antifungal activity constituents were extracted from Luffa with ethanol,and the extract were separated by petroleum ether,ethylacetate, n-butanol and water. The antifungal activity was determined to ten plant pathogens by myeelial growth inhibition assay. The results showed that the ethanol extracts of Luffa had strong inhibition effect against Glomerella cingulata , Penicillium expansum, Ph ysalospora piricola and Fusarium oxysporium , their inhibitory rate came up to 73. 5% ,72. 2% ,66. 8% and 61.1% at 5. 00× 10^3 mg/L. The highest activity components were distributed in petroleum ether and ethyl acetate partition. The EC50 value of petroleum ether partition against Glomerella cingulata and Penicillium expansum were 3. 2×10^3 mg/L and 3. 9 × 10^3 mg/L;the E50 value of ethyl acetate partition were 1. 2× 10^3 mg/L and 2. 1 ×10^3 mg/L,respectively. The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate partition was the most active partition and could be acted as the emphases for further study.
