摘要
以平菇品种"816"为试材,采用平板培养法,研究了18种氮源对高温胁迫后菌丝体恢复生长过程中对氮源选择性利用的特征,为优良菌株保护和提纯复壮提供重要的指导。结果表明:PDA加富培养基以及天然氮源中的豌豆、有机氮源中的牛肉膏、酵母膏和蛋白胨配方对菌丝均有不同程度的促进恢复生长的作用。氮源物质对高温胁迫后的菌丝体恢复生长作用存在极显著差异,一定的氮源对提高平菇耐热能力和高温胁迫后菌丝体恢复生长具有促进作用。
Taking Pleurotus ostreatus as test material,the cultivar '816' of Pleurotus ostreatus was evaluated the mycelia growth after being stressed with high temperature with medium of different nitrogen sources. The results showed that enriched potato dextrose agar (PDA), pea, beef extract, yeast extract and peptone medium performed better in rejuvenating mycelia growth. This study clarified the significantly differences in the rejuvenated ability of mycelia growth when different kinds of nitrogen sources were supplied after stressed by high temperature. It was proved that the nitrogenous substances could improve the tolerant to high temperature definitely.
