A Study on the Theory of Networked-Counseling in Medical University

在高校引入网络化心理健康辅导系统,既迎合全球教育信息化的趋势,又符合大学生心理及专业发展的特点。该文通过与传统的心理咨询方式相比,指出网络化心理咨询在条件上更便捷,在内容上更多样,在形式上更灵活,在反馈方面更及时等特点,并提出人机对话、人人互动和自助咨询三个具体的实施途径。最后提出利用网络的优势为大学生提供心理咨询,不仅可以进行心理健康知识的宣传,也可以开展心理普查,完成心理测量,收集数据,最重要的是引导大学生自主寻求解决问题的能力。

The intemet counseling system for universities, not only cater to the global trend of education information, but also in line with the psychological professional development and college students＇ characteristics. When we compare internet counseling and traditional counseling, it is easy to find that internet counseling is easier on the conditions; more diverse in content; more flexible in form; and more timely at the feedback. This article also introduces three specific ways in the internet counseling, included that manmachine interaction, human interaction and self-help. Finally, the article puts forward the advantage of internet counseling not only can promote mental health and illness-related knowledge to college students, but also help them prevent the occurrence of mental illness. While we can carry out psychological survey, complete psychological measurement, and even collect data. It＇s important to guiding students to solve problems independently, and thus stimulate their initiative.
