摘要
为更有效地解决大型企业投资项目群的进度管理问题,结合项目群进度控制实践,提出建立一个科学合理的项目群进度管理体系;该体系在项目群工作分解结构(WBS)的基础上,利用横道图、网络计划技术等科学工具编制项目群进度计划,对进度影响因素进行识别与排序,并采用S型曲线进行有效的控制,进而分析偏差并提出改进措施。通过在中海油基建管理有限责任公司以往参建的大型建设项目中的应用实践,证明了该进度管理体系在控制项目群进度方面的精确性与有效性。
The paper establishes a scientific and rational schedule management system based on the program management by combining with the practice of the program schedule control for more effectively solving the program schedule management problem of large enterprises. On the basis of program work breakdown structure(WBS),the schedule management system makes use of scientific tools,such as bar chart,network planning technique,to identify and sort schedule influence factors,uses S-curve to control the schedule effectively,and then makes deviation analysis to propose improvement measures. Then it proves that the schedule management system has the accuracy and effectiveness in program schedule control through the schedule management system application in the large-scale construction projects which CNOOC Infrastructure Management Limited Liability Company participated in.
