摘要
微生物脱盐池是在微生物燃料电池的基础上发展而来的新兴的生物电化学系统,它通过阴阳离子交换膜的使用,可以实现盐分的高效去除,从咸水中得到淡水,同时去除有机物,而且无需额外的能量输入,具有广阔的应用前景。在详细介绍微生物脱盐池工作原理的基础上,对影响其性能的主要因素如电池结构、电极材料及操作条件进行了总结,并对已有的改进措施如结构优化、使用离子交换树脂、阴阳极液循环进行了评述,同时介绍了微生物脱盐池在重金属污染防治、二氧化碳固定封存方面的应用情况及前景。
Microbial desalination cell is a newly developed bioelectroehemical system based on microbial fuel cell. It can realize desalination with high efficiency to produce fresh water from salty water and remove organic matter simultaneously without extra energy consumption, thus exhibiting promising application in future. Factors affecting the performance of microbial desalination cell as configurations, materials and operations were carefully investigated, based on the description of the principles of microbial desalination cell, Besides, the existing improvement measures as configuration optimization, utilization of ion-exchange resin and electrolyte recirculation were analyzed intensively. The applications of microbial desalination cell in aspects of heavy metal prevention and CO2 sequestration were introduced and discussed as well.
