摘要
研究DO质量浓度及有机碳源对亚硝化的影响,确定在限氧条件下实现与厌氧氨氧化匹配的亚硝化的运行参数。采用实际生活污水,p H控制在7.0-8.0,温度维持在26℃。通过静态实验在不同DO质量浓度(0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mg/L)和不同COD(50、100、150、200 mg/L)条件下,研究NH4^+-N的去除效果和NO2^--N累积效果。DO质量浓度0.5 mg/L NH4^+-N去除率和NO2^--N累积率稳定在90%以上。当DO质量浓度为0.5 mg/L,COD〈150 mg/L时,出水NH4^+-N/NO2^--N为1:1.36符合后续厌氧氨氧化进水要求,能较好地实现亚硝化。较高DO质量浓度有利于促进亚硝化细菌的活性,在低DO条件下低质量浓度的有机碳源不会影响与厌氧氨氧化匹配的亚硝化,但是高质量浓度的有机碳源会促进反硝化细菌的生长,抑制亚硝化细菌的活性。
The impact of DO mass concentration and organic carbon source on nitrosification was studied to figure out the perfect operating parameters of ANAMMOX adopting nitrosification at limited oxygen condition. Real life wastewater was adopted here finder the condition ofpH value in range from 7.0 to 8.0, controlling temperature at 26 ℃. Static tests were used to investigate NH4+^-N removal case and NO2^--N accumulation case under the condition of different DO mass concentrations (0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mg/L) and different COD mass concentrations (50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/L). The NH4^+-N removal rate and NO2^--N accumulation rate was stable at 90% respectively when the DO was 0.5 mg/L. The effluent NH4+^-N/NO2^--N ratio was 1:1.36 and the nitrosification was perfect, which was suitable for ANAMMOX as the influent, when the DO was 0.5 mg/L and COD 〈 150 mg/L. The activity of nitrosated bacterial could be accelerated under the high DO. The low substrate organic substance could not inhibit the nitrosification matching to ANAMMOX under limited oxygen condition but too high organic carbon concentration would accelerate the activity of nitrifying bacterial and inhibit the activity ofnitrosated bacteria.
