摘要
针对宁东煤化工含盐废水排放现状及水质特点,介绍了含盐废水处理的总体思路、技术关键点,对预处理工艺、减量化工艺及蒸发结晶工艺进行了比较分析;论证了含盐废水处理技术方法及总体方案确定的关键要素如预处理的完善要求、膜工艺的减量化选择、蒸发结晶的选型等;提出了预处理+膜减量化处理+蒸发结晶的总体思路和逐级浓缩的过程。可为煤化工基地含盐废水处理技术思路、技术方案的拟定提供参考意见和建议。
According to the status of Ningdong coal chemical salinity wastewater discharge and water quality characteristics, the general idea and technical key points containing salinity wastewater was introduced, and the pretreatment process, reduction process and evaporation crystallization process were analyzed. It was demonstrated that the key factors determined the salinity wastewater treatment technology and method of overall scheme such as improving the requirements ofpretreatment, membrane process reduction, evaporation and crystallization selection. Overall thinking ofpretreatment and membrane reduction and evaporation crystallization and the process of gradual concent Were proposed. It could provide reference opinions and suggestions for salinity wastewater treatment technology ideas and technical scheme in developing coal chemical industry base.
