摘要
针对某污水处理厂的卡鲁塞尔氧化沟处理工艺,因处理规模的不断扩大导致的工艺运行不稳定、氨氮含量超标较严重的情况,在前期扩大池容的基础上,综合分析了现有工艺和运行过程,以减少污泥产量和改进运行效能。采用复合生物法(投加高效脱氮填料)以改善其运行效能,4个多月的调控运行结果表明,改进后的工艺出水水质可稳定达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准,氨氮和COD去除率分别提高至95.3%和90.6%,同时污泥产率系数Yobs明显降低(为0.17 kg/(kg·d)),有效实现了污泥减量的目的。
Since the treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant was expanding, the Carrousel oxidation ditch treatment process was not suitable for the current trend. In addition, the ammonium of eftluent was exceeded seriously as a result of the unstable operation process. Based on the comprehensive analysis of existing operational process and the pre-expanding pool, the performance of composite biological process (by adding efficient denitrogenation filler) was investigated for sludge reduction and higher operational efficiency. After more than four months' operation, the results showed that the effluent of this new process could meet the first level A criteria specified in GB 18918-2002, and the removal rates of ammonium nitrogen and COD were raised to 95,3% and 90.6%, respectively. Moreover, the yield coefficient sludge process was significantly reduced to only 0.17 kg/(kg.d), which has a positive meaning for the sludge reduction in urban wastewater treatment.
