Research Evolution of Chinese Vulnerable Children: Concept,Policy and Subject

困境儿童是近年来备受关注的社会问题,也是社会福利制度构建的重要议题。作为一个相对较新的研究领域,辨明困境儿童概念的基本内涵和演绎,追踪困境儿童福利政策的拓展,提出困境儿童研究的多元主题,是该领域亟待完成的任务。运用主题内容分析方法,可以发现改革开放以来中国困境儿童的研究轨迹和政策发展表现在以下三个方面:从弱势儿童到困境儿童的概念演变及发展、困境儿童社会福利政策从补缺向普惠演进、困境儿童研究议题从单一到多元化。而在未来一个阶段,其研究议题将转向困境儿童需要、家庭与国家责任、社会福利政策和困境儿童福利关系、困境儿童福利输送等方面。

The study on vulnerable children is a very important issue in constructing social welfare system which also gets great concern as a social issue.For scholars in this research area,there are some tasks should be done,which include discerning the basic meaning and evolution of vulnerable children concept,tracing the development of social welfare policies for vulnerable children,proposing the multiple subjects of studying vulnerable children.This paper uses thematic content analysis methods to examine the research evolutionary path and policy development of Chinese vulnerable children since the reform and opening-up.It covers three main points: the evolution and development of the concept of vulnerable children,the social welfare policies for vulnerable children,and the study subjects which from single to variety on vulnerable children.
