吸湿排汗防撕裂二厘格的生产实践体会

Practical experience of wicking and anti-tear two grids fabric

探讨了吸湿排汗防撕裂织物生产的技术要点。针对Coolplus/精梳棉质量比为50/50的平纹二厘格面料,根据原料与织物组织结构的特点,从整经、浆纱、穿筘与织造工艺对其进行试验。由于原料中含有Coolplus纤维,在浆纱工艺中,采用新型变性浆料JD-011为主浆料的浆料配方,有效减少了织造中的毛羽和断头的发生。织造过程中,要合理调整上机工艺参数,尤其是为防止两厘格之间纱线相互缠绕,单独附加一页综框,减少了纱线相互缠绕的机会,可有效预防格子处两根纱线相互缠绕造成的各种疵点。实践证明,此生产工艺达到了预期效果。

The production technical points of wicking and anti-tear fabric were explored. For Coolplus/combed cotton with mass ratio of 50/50 plain weave two grids fabric, according to the characteristics of the raw materials and the fabric structure, tests from warping, sizing, denting process to weaving processes were carried on. Because it contained Coolplus fiber, in the sizing process, novel JD-Oll-based pulp slurry was used as the main pulp, which could effectively reducing the hairiness appeared in weaving, and avoiding breakage occurred. In weaving process, the machine process parameters were reasonable adjusted, especially one page of frames was attached between the two grids in order to prevent yam intertwining, reduce the chance of yam intertwined, and prevent various of defects caused by the two yams intertwined in lattice. It was proved that this production process could achieve the desired effect.
