摘要
光照条件会对活性染料染色的织物测色对色产生较大的影响。探讨了在D65光源与日光照射下,照射光源及光照时间对不同活性染料单色系与3原色拼色染色样的影响,以及日光对不同测色光源测色对色的影响,最后研究了日光照射后黄色活性染料染色织物的颜色恢复情况。结果表明:D65光源对活性染料的影响较小,日光对活性染料的影响较大;光照对红、黄两种颜色拼色染色样的影响较大,而对黄、蓝2种颜色拼色及红、黄、藏青3种颜色拼色染色样的影响较小,藏青色的加入降低了色差的变化;光照对各颜色活性染料染色样影响从大到小依次为黄色、红色、蓝色、黑色。
Light conditions have great influence on reactive dyes color measurement and color matching, the influence of D65 illuminant and sun light as well as exposure time on the monocolor and color matching of tricolor of reactive dyes were discussed, also the influence of different light illuminant to color measurement and color matching was discussed, then color recovery of yellow reactive dyes after insolation was researched. The results showed that D65 illuminant had less influence on the reactive dyes, while sun light had much influence on the reactive dye color matching and Compared yellow/red/navy with the red/yellow color matching, influence of sun light on yellow/blue tricolor was smaller, the addition of navy decreased the color difference. Influence order of sun light on the reactive dyes was yellow, red, blue, black.
