基于中医阴阳理论探讨糖尿病中胰岛素/胰高血糖素平衡关系

A Discussion of the Balance Relationship between Insulin and Glucagon in Diabetes based on the Theory of Yin and Yang in Traditional Chinese Medicine

整体观念是中医学理论的基本特征之一,阴平阳秘是中医学的核心内容,阴阳失调是各种疾病发生发展的基本病机,调整阴阳平衡是疾病治疗的总原则。现代内分泌学的发展证明,胰岛素、胰高血糖素两者之间存在着对立制约、消长平衡、互根互用的关系。胰岛素/胰高血糖素之间的漂移,导致血糖水平失衡,中医药通过调节胰岛素/胰高血糖素间的"阴阳平衡",达到治疗2型糖尿病的目的。

The overall concept is one of the basic features of the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. In the theory,Balance of Yin and Yang is the core content. The imbalance of Yin and Yang is the basic pathogenesis of various diseases. Adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang is the general principle of the treatment. The development of modern endocrinology proved that the relationship of mutual restriction,promotion-and-reduction and interdependence existed between insulin and glucagon. The imbalance of blood sugar was caused by the drift of insulin and glucagon. Traditional Chinese medicine regulates the ＂Balance of Yin-Yang＂between insulin and glucagon to achieve the purpose of treating type 2 diabetes.
