摘要
采用水提醇沉法对蕨麻多糖进行提取,并对提取工艺条件进行了研究。在单因素实验的基础上,以多糖提取率为评价指标,选取液料比、浸提时间、浸提温度三个因素作为响应因子,用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理优化蕨麻多糖的提取工艺。最后得到蕨麻多糖热水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:液料比20.3∶1,浸提时间4.37 h,浸提温度82℃。在此条件下蕨麻多糖的实际提取率可达到24.53±0.24%。
The extraction technology of the water-soluble polysaccharide from Potentilla anserina was studied in this paper. The influences of liquid-solid ratio( V / W),extraction time and temperature on the extraction yield were investigated. On the basis of single factor tests,a Box-Behnken design( BBD) was used to study the influence of the 3 independent variables on the extraction yield. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were as follows: the liqudsolid ratio was 20. 25∶ 1,extraction time was 4. 37 h and extraction temperature was 82 ℃. The extraction yield of polysaccharide was 24. 53 ± 0. 24%.
