中药封包治疗对糖尿病末梢神经炎自觉症状改善的临床研究

Clinical study on the self perceived symptom improvement of diabetic peripheral neuritis treated by Chinese medicine packets

目的探讨中药封包治疗对糖尿病末梢神经炎自觉症状改善的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病末梢神经炎的患者随机双盲分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用中药封包加常规方法治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎;对照组采用常规方法治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎,治疗后第11天、第30天、第90天、第120天,观察比较两组患者临床症状,包括:肢凉、麻木、疼痛、蚁走、烧灼感等。结果观察组患者肢端疼痛和麻木的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);肢凉、蚁走、烧灼感的疗效与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组总疗效明显较对照组好(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药封包治疗糖尿病末梢神经炎能改善其部分临床症状,在效果持续时间上也具有一定的优势。

Objective To study the effect on self perceived symptom improvement of diabetic patients with peripheral neuritis treated by Chinese medicine packets. Method 60 diabetic neuropathy patients with peripheral neuritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. 30 patients in observation group were treated with combination of Chinese medicine packet and conventional diabetic neuropathy treating methods. 30 patients in control group were treated with conventional diabetic neuropathy treating methods. The clinical symptoms of patients on the 11th days, 30th days, 90th days, 120th days after treatment was observed including cold limbs, numbness, pain, formication, burning sensation and more. Result The curative effect of observation group in pain and numbness is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of observation group in cold limbs, formication, and burning sensation is the same as control group, and no significant differences existed. Data statistically significant differences in different time, the effect of continuous cycle are 90 days; The total effectiveness for observation group and control group was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine packet methods for treatment of diabetic neuropathy can improve some of its clinical symptoms, also has a certain advantage on the effect of duration.
