芦荟凝胶治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果研究

Effect study on treating stage Ⅱ pressure sore by aloe vera gel

目的探讨芦荟凝胶治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床效果。方法将62例Ⅱ期压疮患者按计算机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。两组患者均给予相同的常规护理:按时翻身,加强营养,保持皮肤清洁干燥等措施相同。观察组采用芦荟凝胶护理压疮,对照组采用美皮康敷料护理压疮,观察两组转归,痊愈时间,第3天、第5天、第7天上皮组织生长及药物费用。结果两组患者压疮转归方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);痊愈时间观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);上皮组织的生长方面第3天、第5天具有统计学意义(P<0.01),第7天无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的药物费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论芦荟凝胶对Ⅱ期压疮的治疗效果不亚于美皮康,但成本低于美皮康,尤其适合推广于社区、家庭Ⅱ期压疮的治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aloe vera gel in the treatment of stage Ⅱ. Method 60 cases with bedsore at stage Ⅱ were selected and computer randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group had 30 patients, two groups were given the same conventional nursing care： turn over on time, provide enough nutrition,keep the skin clean and dry etc. Aloe vera gel as observation group, mepilex as control group,Outcomes, healing time, epithelial tissue growth after 3,5,7 days were observed. Result The two group in the outcome had no statistical significance （P〈 0. 05）;The recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.01） .the growth of epithelial tissue in 3 and 5 days had a statistically significant （P〈0.01） and no statistical significance in 7 days（P〉0. 05） ;and the drug cost of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion when the aloe gel and mepilex border have the same treatment effect, The former which have a low cost,can be used to the treatment of stage Ⅱbedsore,Especially the pantients of stage Ⅱbedsore in the community and family.
