血管内超声综合积分对血流储备分数界限值冠脉临界病变治疗决策影响研究 被引量:4

Influences of intravascular ultrasound integrated score on therapeutic strategies in patients with intermediate coronary lesions of fractional flow reserve threshold value

摘要 通常认为,冠状动脉临界病变是冠状动脉造影(CAG)血管狭窄40%-70%。血管内超声(IVUS)可直接对动脉粥样斑块进行定型及定量检查,虚拟组织学IVUS(VH—IVUS)更易区分稳定性斑块还是不稳定性斑块,薄纤维帽纤维脂质斑块(TCFA)易破裂导致血栓发生不良心血管事件(MACE),许多研究认为最小管腔面积(MLA)〈4mm2应进行介入治疗等指标丰富了介入的标准。
