摘要 电风暴(electricalstorm,ES)是由于心室电活动极度不稳定导致的极其危重的恶性心律失常,通常表现为血流动力学不稳定的室性心动过速(简称室速,VT)或心室颤动(简称室颤,VF),是心源性猝死(SCD)的重要表现形式。
