摘要 针对整车模型包含构件多的特点,运用拓扑结构图的方法建立了某8×4型工程车辆参数化整车多体动力学模型。平顺性仿真结果表明:货箱质心垂直振动主频率的最大误差为4.8%。操纵稳定性的双纽线仿真结果表明:方向盘最大转角误差为3.9%,横摆角速度的幅值误差为4%,侧向加速度的幅值误差为4.4%,各车轮的最大转角误差为1.97°。仿真与试验结果表明:文中所建整车模型具有较高的精度。 A multi-body dynamics model by parameterization for a construction truck of 8×4 type was developed by a topological map method in view of the numerous components in the whole vehicle model. The ride-comfort simulation results show that the maximum main frequency-error of the vertical vibration of the cargo center is 4.8%. The lemniscates simulation of control stability shows that the maximum steering wheel-angle-error is 3.9%, the yaw angular-velocity-amplitude error is 4%, the lateral accelerometer amplitude-error is 4.4%, and the maximum steering wheel error in lemniscates simulations is 1.97%.Above test data shows that the precision of the vehicle model is very high.
