摘要
将多学科设计优化方法应用于商用车纵梁综合性能设计中,基于HYPERSTUDY平台对非线性碰撞与线性静态特性进行耦合。分析了该平台的多学科耦合流程,完成了耦合设计变量的代码转换。以纵梁厚度为耦合设计变量,以质量最小化为目标,以碰撞吸能值、静态工况应力、应变为约束,完成了两个学科的耦合寻优。
Multidisciplinary-Design Optimization(MDO) method was applied to synthetic performance design of commercial vehicle beam. The non-linear crash worthiness and linear static characteristic were coupled based on Hyperstudy platform. The MDO flow of Hyperstudy was analyzed and the codes of coupling design variables were transformed. Then, thickness was taken as coupling design variable, stress, displacement, crash energy as constraints and mass as objective, the beam was optimized by two disciplines.
