摘要
研究了无背平面式翻领成型器,推导出了其交接曲线、边界曲线和肩曲面的数学模型,并在三维软件Pro/E中完成参数化建模设计,同时给出了若干可以应用该成型器的生产实例。
The shoulder former without back plane was discussed and the mathematical models of the intersection curve,boundary curves and shoulder curved surface were derived. Then, the parametric modeling in 3D software was finished. Finally,some applied examples of the shoulder former without back plane were introduced.
