摘要
为提高数控机床操作效率、减少使用者的误操作频率,对现有某品牌VTC-32型数控机床的产品形态、人机界面、色彩等方面的设计缺陷进行改进设计。在设计过程中运用人机工程学中的人机系统设计、控制器设计、人机界面设计及工作环境设计原理与方法,结合产品形态组构理论与方法,在保留该机床原有使用功能的基础上对造型进行改良设计,并给出了设计方案,以期达到提高使用体验性和改善厂房环境的要求,对同类型数控机床造型改进设计提供参考。
In order to improve operation efficiency and avoid misoperation of CNC machine, optimization design was carried out to the VTC-32 CNC machine tool from product forms, human-machine interface and colors. The principles and methods of human-machine system design, controller design, interface design and environmental design were used for design process.Combined with the design theories and methods of product shape formation, optimization design on shape was performed and left the using function of original CNC machine unchanged, also the design scheme was provided so that good experience and workshop environment were realized. The study provides references for optimization design of the same kind of CNC machine tool.
