公共管理研究的热点与重心--基于人大复印报刊资料《公共行政》2014年收录文章的预测

公共管理研究的热点和重心在哪里,是公共管理学界普遍关注的一个问题。本文根据中国人民大学复印报刊资料《公共行政》2014年收录的情况,从社会治理、公共服务、危机管理、网络治理四个方面对上述问题作了回答,并努力对公共管理研究作出前瞻性的预测。虽然《公共行政》只是一份刊物,但其转载和收录索引的文章能够基本反映公共管理研究的基本情况,对《公共行政》2014年收录文章的分析,可以使我们大致了解公共管理研究的热点和重心所在,据此对公共管理研究的走向做出预测,也可以为研究者提供一些参考性意见。

The scholars＇universal concerns on public administration would be the field where its research hotspots and cen- tral issues located. According to articles in the 2014~ Public Administration of Information Center in Social Sci- ences, RUC, this article tries to answer the question from four aspects, including social governance, public service, risk management and network governance. Furthermore, the authors contributed their efforts to the pro- spective prediction. Although the Public Administration is simply a kind of periodical, the articles that were in- dexed or reprinted by it still reflected the common situation of public administration study. After analyzing the articles that were reprinted in 2014, we can basically learn some central issues about the current public admin- istration research, moreover, the prospects that deduced from the current research and social reality, would be made reference to the further research.
