ISOLATION, PURIFICATION AND STRUCTURE ANAIYSIS OF 10'-DEMETHOXYSTREPTONIGRIN

10′-去甲氧基链黑霉素是链霉菌114发酵液中的一个小组分,通过Diaion HP-20大孔树脂吸附、乙酸乙酯提取、多次LH-20凝胶柱层析和反相中压柱层析等手段将其分离得到纯品,经UV、IR、HREIMS和~1H-NMR等波谱分析确定了它的结构。此抗生素具有抗菌、抗肿瘤和抗病毒的活性。

10'-demethoxystreptomgrin is a minor component in the culture broth of StrePtomyces 114. It was isolated and purified by msans of adsorption with Diaion HP-20, extraction with organic solvents, chromatography on the sephadex LH -20 column and reversed phase column. Based on the spectral data of UV, IR HRE-IMS and 1H-NMR, rts structure was deduced. It was proved that 10'-demethoxy-streptonigrin to be a new antibiotic active to against bacteria,tumor and virus.
